We ship orders in the United States through the United States Post Office. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Orders arrive within 3 to 8 days after your purchase.

How it works?
At Michelle Yin Jewelry, we love to please and provide complete customer satisfaction in the purchase of our products. Requests and complaints regarding exchanges must be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of product delivery. Within this timeframe, the customer should contact michelleyinjewelry@gmail.com to report their case. We recommend using the same packaging in which your accessories arrived for returns. If you cannot do this, always use packaging that protects the items to prevent damage. The shipping costs associated with the return must be fully covered by the customer.
